▷▷ Podcasts opened an unexpected door for me: scoring subjects you would never have imagined illustrating through sound. Medical assistance in dying, body image among young people, the Métis gardens, forgotten works of art — each of these demands a different kind of listening, a way of composing that starts from meaning rather than form. The material is never lacking — and every time, it's the subject that dictates its own music.
